Jerk Flavored Cabbage & Bok Choy.

•1Bunch Of Bok Choy Finley Chopped.
•½ Cabbage shredded and washed then season to the voice of the ancestors with.

•Jerk seasoning, Sprinkle with caution are else your gonna need a new tail.
•Trader Joe's Everything But The Leftovers Seasoning. That's seasoning will have you selling your prize positions.
•Old Bay Seasoning. This brings out the down South Flare.
•Ground all Spice, hold that heavy hands of yours, don't sprinkle too much.
•Garlic powder, dump the whole bottle.
•Smoked Paprika, you know that only give you color, that gal ain't got a flavor in the world.

•Now grab ½ red, green &yellow bell peppers because your food needs colors.
•200 cloves of Garlic, Lord knows I ran out of garlic, this is not my normal usage.
•3 Sprigs of Thyme, fresh is best.
•3 Stalks of Green Onions,
•1 Red Onion, chopped it up
•Now heat that big Brenda Frying Pan on medium heat, with 2 tbsp coconut oil.
•Add spices.
•Wake up spices for a few mins.
•Add chopped garlic, onion, thyme.
•Add cabbage &  Bok Choy and combine well
•Cover and let it steam.
•Add the bell peppers and green onions and stir it up.
•Cover and let it steam for 3-5 mins and you're done.

For the Dumplings.

1½ cup all-purpose flour, or flour of your choice, ½ cup yellow cornmeal, a pinch of salt. Combine dry mix then knead with about ½- 1 cup water. Don't let your dough become too sticky. Once your dough is formed. Proceed to break off and roll into the palm of your hand in a circular motion and boil in hot water for 10 -15 minutes on medium heat.

You can choose the size of your dumplings if you want them round like your or flat like your back.

•1 Can Bush's Large Butter Beans.
•1tbsp Grace curry powder. ( Add more if needed) 
•1/4tsp red crushed pepper.
•½Red Onion minced.
• ½ Cut up Green Scotch Bonnet Pepper.
2 Stalks of chopped Green Onion.
• 6000000 billion cloves of slightly roasted Garlic crushed up. Make sure to double the amount 😜
•1cup coconut milk.
• 3 Sprigs of Thyme.
• ½ Red, & Orange Bell Peppers.


• Spices Sprinkled to the beat and drums of my Ancestors.


•Badia Complete Seasoning.
•Ginger Powder.
• Grace Mild Curry Powder.
• Slap Ya Mama.
•Ginger Powder.
•1Tsp Better Than Bouillon.
• Trader Joe's Onion Powder.
•½ Tsp Trader Joe's  Tumeric Powder.


•Step1: Wake Up spices with 1tbsp coconut oil for 5 mins on medium heat.
•Step 2: Add 1cup of fresh coconut milk, let it boils down for about 2-3 minutes.
•Step 3: Add butter Beans stirring gently.
•Step4: Cover and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
•Step5:  Add more Green onion and cover. ( only if you need more).
•Step6:  Cover the pot and let it simmer down for a few more minutes before turning off the burner.
