Makes 2 Chickpea Flour Omelettes
Portobello Mushrooms
Almond or Olive Oil
Pizza Sauce
Onion
Bell Pepper
Zucchini
Vegan Cheese

Directions
1. Preheat oven 375°F.  
2. Clean the mushrooms, just my preference to remove gills not necessary if they don't bother you.
3. Add a little almond or olive oil in each cap then pizza sauce, I use Rao's, make your own if you'd like
4.  Add toppings, I used onion, sliced bell pepper, and zucchini.  Use what you like.  
5. Add vegan cheesee
6. Bake for 12 minutes and walah!
