Ingredients
•4 Overripe Bananas.
•⅓Cup Sugar in The Raw.
•⅓ Coconut  Oil (or oil of your choice).
•½ Tsp Organic Allspice.
•2 Tsp Vanilla Extract.
•2Tsp Almond Extract
•2 Cups Spelt  Flour or flour of your choice.
•1 Tsp Baking Soda.
•1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
•½ Tsp Cardamom Spice.
•1 Tsp Salt.
•½ Tsp Grated Nutmeg.
•¼ Cup Pecans& Pistachios
•Method.

Directions

•Preheat the oven to 375.

•Lightly oil and flour loaf pan add a piece of parchment paper along the center, with just a bit hanging out over each side.  So much easier to remove from the pan.

•Peel bananas and add them to a  mixing bowl.

•Mash them well with a fork or potato masher.
Add ingredients mentioned, EXCEPT  the flour and Baking Soda, and mix well.
Add flour and Baking soda.

•Stir everything together combining well. Don't overmix. The batter will be too thick like your left thigh.

•Scrape the batter into a loaf pan.

•Sprinkle top with Brown sugar and place in the oven.

Bake time  50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Caramelized the Pecans & Pistachios in the Maple Syrup then drizzle on top right before taking the bread out of the oven.
