 What do you like to have maple syrup with? I like to pour a generous amount of it on a warm stack of pancakes, or waffles - the simple things in life

These pancakes are simple, easy to make, and require only 3 ingredients. They are healthy, vegan, free from gluten, dairy and refined sugar, and you can top them with any kinds of toppings you like!
Here I added coconut yogurt, sautéed cinnamon apples and a generous drizzle of maple syrup. Such a simple yet delicious combo.
