Ingredients
2 sweet potatoes
2 yellow potatoes
1-2 tbsp grape seed oil
1-2 tbsp French fries spice mix

For the hummus I blended up about 2 cups of chickpeas, 2 tbsp tahini, juice of 1 lemon, salt, cumin, paprika and 4 garlic cloves roasted with a little bit of oil until fragrant and some water.

French fries spice consists of:
Salt, onion, paprika, pepper, garlic, curry mix

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C).

2. Cut peeled potatoes into even strips. Cut them as evenly as possible. Choosing potatoes of similar shape and size helps!

3. In a bowl mix together oil and spices.

4. Add potatoes and use your hands to toss them in the spice mix until everything is evenly covered. Bake them for 50-60 mins on a lined baking sheet, giving them a stir once or twice in between.
