Double Chocolate Banana Bread
Hey, hope you're all keeping well.
I've always been a huge fan of banana bread, but never actually tried a double-chocolate version. Well, I finally gave it a go and made this yesterday. I never thought I'd like it more than the classic, but it turned out really really good. It's super easy to make (took me less than 45min), moist, not to mention healthier than most desserts as it's vegan, gluten-free, soy-free and refined-sugar-free too (most of my dessert recipes are, as I'm trying to keep my sweet tooth under control as much as possible).
It's really delicious and such an easy to make showstopper too - so you can keep it in mind for this year Christmas and/or New Years' Eve dinner if you want. You can serve it with cashew cream, plant-based yoghurt, fresh berries or even jam – sky’s the limit!
