🌱1.5 cup chopped mushrooms
🌱1/2 cup chopped onion
🌱1 tbs crushed garlic
🌱Few sprigs of fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp dried thyme
🌱1 tsp oil
🌱1/2 tsp lemon juice
🌱fresh crushed black pepper
🌱1/2 cup plant based milk
🌱2 cups vegetable broth
🌱salt to taste

Garnish
✨Coconut cream
✨Sautéed mushroom slices

Directions
Sauté the onion, garlic n mushrooms in the oil. Caramelize well, add the herbs and the vegetable broth. Salt to taste and squeeze a lil lime. Let it simmer. Allow to cool down and then blend till smooth. Bring back to a boil and the plant based milk. Garnish with toppings of choice n enjoy!!!
