Leaks, Red Cabbage, Carrots & Shiitake Mushrooms

Cooking in Aruba. Can’t eat better in any restaurant than Doc Love in your kitchen. Just finished sunset Qigong at Eagle beach. Too dark for photos so we went to supermarket and I threw down. Home grown leaks with red cabbage. Combined with locally grown carrots and shiitake mushrooms!
